Ready to build your own little winter wonderland? This one-acre property in Leavenworth has not one, but two cabins, along with a collection of outdoor draws. It’s right off Highway 2, with winter magic in either direction. It also has an arched mural depicting an entryway to a quaint, fairy-tale town, echoing a smaller one in the living area. A grill and a hot tub sit right outside the front door.

The other home has its own magic going on, like a real wood stove and a large, barbecue-ready deck facing the nature side of the property. It’s cozier, but it uses its smaller space well: The kitchen has both a half-log bar and an adorable built-in breakfast nook. Its central gathering space has its own large sectional, plus a window bench to round out the conversation area. It has two bedrooms—one staged as a private room, the other with full-size bunk beds.

The surrounding acre has plenty of opportunities for relaxing in any season, with lawns and thickets alike. A clearing next to the cabins holds both an in-ground firepit and a hot tub with its own little patio. Nearby, a garden has a handful of raised beds, including one that looks like it's already full of strawberries, and a quaint little shed. Of course, the entire area is just as fun in the summer as the winter, with hiking trails, river floating, and everything else the area has to offer.
